WHO-TV's Laurie Groves - what happened?

Anyone know the skinny on why Laurie Groves got demoted and shuffled
around on WHO-TV?

BTW, isn't it time for the annual female news anchor change on
KCCI-TV?

It's called ratings. Talk in the Des Moines media circles is that she
wasn't getting them, so they bumped her. Apparently, Kathy Soletero
appeals to the demographics WHO is going for. BTW, I understand that
Anderson Erickson's "Van and Bon Bon" ice cream is doing so well, they're
expanding the WHO product line. Next out -- Kathy Soltero's " Fat-Free
Like Me".

WHO recently changed owners - and the new owners made some changes - I
heard from a friend/former co-worker who works there that there were 6 that
got left behind after the ownership change.
