Unethical Iowa Licensing Board Protects ex-Member

Serious allegation of misconduct against Iowa Psychology Licensing Board. See
sci.psychology.psychotherapy for details. Looks like Iowa Board protect
an ex-member even when he has committed illegal activity (beyond
merely unethical activity, but that too).

Ask yourself if you would use this person (a psychologist) to get help from if
he acted like this? I present (unfiltered) just the last month's worth of
his posts to a psychology science newsgroup. AND:
This is the behaviour of a Usenet officer, Dan Rogers --
a Ft. Dodge psychologist and ex-Iowa Psychology Licensing Board member.
He is a moderator of the sci.psychology.psychotherapy.moderated newsgroup,
thus a newsgroup officer,
YET HE ACTS LIKE THE FOLLOWING ON THE SISTER NEWSGROUP:

Is this behaviour one would expect to see from an ex-Iowa Board member
and current licensed psychologist and Usenet newsgroup officer??

Nope. He is a psychopathic individual and seeming is insane.
Yet the Iowa Board, though they know about it and have know about it for
years REFUSES TO TAKE ANY MEANINGFUL ACTION. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE
BEEN OFFICIALLY FILED. Even in the case where this
man has intentional engaged in hurtful, malicious defamation
(an illegal act) THEY DID NOTHING.

LOSER. Surprising the the Iowa Licensing Board that you used to serve on
