I had planned to go look for birds at Ledges SP this morning, but then we found that a family member was planning to visit. So, I just sat out on our back deck for about 40 minutes and managed to see 18 species. Some were only common flyovers, but a few of the best included Magnolia Warbler, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Red-eyed Vireo, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, & Red-breasted Nuthatch (FOY). Yard birding probably was the best thing to do this morning!!!
