Backing off proposed changes to wetland easements in Upper Midwest Priaire Poothole Region

The Department of the Interior has announced that it is halting changes to the rule governing wetland easements in the Prairie Potholes Region of the Upper Midwest.  

The Upper Midwest Prairie Potholes Region starts with the Des Moines lobe.  The backing away from the proposed changes is good news for the ducks we see in the fall.
