BUCHANAN COUNTY
A WHITE-WINGED DOVE was seen at the Iron Bridge on the 5th.
CLINTON COUNTY
A SNOWY OWL was seen along 230th St on the 4th.
SCOTT COUNTY
A BARROWS GOLDENEYE was seen at Lock and Dam 14 on the 5th.
A LONG-TAILED DUCK was seen at Lock and Dam 14 on the 5th.
