Boone County/Dallas Co. Line! I called Woodward Resource Center Admin. and have been given permission to view for all birders from outside the fence. They know me well h
ere as I was guardian for my Brother who lived at WRC most of his life. The Ruddy Turnstone is being seen along the North side of the dividing road. Between the roosting pigeons and an Orange cone. Best to park in the drive and walk North along the fence 75 feet.
