This evening (July 20th) I went by the Mississippi Kite location north of Urbandale Ave and 47th Street in Des Moines.  There was one kite in the dead branches at the top of the tall Siberian elm behind the house at 3200 47th at about 6:20 pm.  When I went around the block and came by again, there were two kites very close together in the same tree.  The second kite flew off to the west at about 6:29.
