This made my day.
I sent the photos to USGS .Gov bandreports and this fine person just sent me information that the Blue-winged Teal photographed on Lost Lake at Ledges State Park on March 4, 2023 was banded in Martinique. As Jen says, hopeful more information to follow.

Hi Clayton,

This bird was banded in Martinique by a bander from the banding scheme in France. I have cc'd the bander on this e-mail. Hopefully, he will be able to provide us with the original banding details.

Bonjour Alain,
Pourriez-vous fournir les détails de baguage originaux au chercheur et à moi-même pour cette sarcelle à ailes bleues?

Merci,
Jen

Here is the information from the bander on the nasal banded Blue-winged Teal at Lost Lake Ledges State Park on March 4, 2023. ....... I don't read French but P 19 was banded on Martinique as a juvenile Male December 28, 2022, just over two months earlier.                     If someone can translate would be interesting and appreciated. Clayton

Hi Clayton,

See the banding data provided by the bander in the response below. Thank you for reporting this bird. Let me know if there is anything else you need.

Thanks,
Jen
