Taiwan scholar wins 3 year legal battle with University of London in Tsai Ing-wen thesis case

The Tsai Ing-wen PhD thesis controversy is still echoing in United Kingdom courtrooms.  The latest litigation involves a retired ROC Major General that the University of London branded as vexatious.  Not so, says a Tribunal judge.
