Greetings!

At long last the official United States position on Taiwan Civil Government is out in the open. Hidden from the Freedom of Information Act under a national security exemption, the US view of TCG has been revealed in appellate litigation in Taiwan. It turns out that TCG was not authorized by the United States Military Government, as long claimed by the late founder of TCG, Roger Lin.

Julian Lin is appealing her fraud conviction in a long-running prosecution. Roger Lin died before the conclusion of his criminal trial.
