The QRQ CW RE-Keyer System - a harsh square wave IN - pure sine wave OUT - with Raised Cosine edges
demo of taking the harsh square wave output of any kind of keyed CPO or CW Keyer's audio output - and RE-KEYING it exactly but transforming it to a pure sine wave CW NOTE with Rasied Cosine edges (only takes 6 milliseconds from start to finish) uses ZAMGATE in SIDECHAIN MODE which has a pure sine wave TONE GENERATOR connected to Zamgate port 1, but the sine wave is held back from going through Zamgate to its output, until it is keyed by the harsh square wave keying Zamgate's port 2...once keyed, Zamgate also puts an adjustable amount of RISE/FALL time on its final CW NOTE output - it is trapezoidal until it passes through a very low latency HIGH PASS FILTER - LOW PASS FILTER combo from back to back FILTA plugins ZAMGATE http://www.zamaudio.com/?p=976 FILTA http://openavproductions.com/doc/artyfx.html#filta NOTE: the amount of volume going to the SIDECHAIN Port of Zamgate/plus the Zamgate threshold setting combined, will determine how "heavy" or "light" the CW NOTE sounds to you...adjust according to your preference ...the more volume hitting the SIDECHAIN GATE of ZAMGATE = heavier sounding keying for any particular Zamgate threshold setting...

Here is a video demo of using this RE-KEYING system to get a rough sidetone at the MIC INPUT jack or LINE INPUT Jack
when using PADDLES and a STRAIGHT KEY - and all of the apps in this demo have been gathered together into just ONE PLUGIN only
using the INGEN modular audio processing system APP - allows you to save it all and bring it back again,  after setting it the way you prefer

this video shows the bread-boarded 555 circuit being keyed by an MFJ 451 CW KEYBOARD
...the output of the 555 goes to the PC's MIC INPUT JACK
and then into the software RE-KEYING system as previously described in the previous video linked in previous posts
NOTE: this particular 555 is powered from the MIC JACK VOLTAGE SUPPLY itself
so no battery is needed...the TLC555 is operated at its lowest voltage supply region...

Here is the same setup concept on a Windows 10 laptop
using Zamgate, Mbandpass filter and ToneGenerator VST plugins

Here is another example using the CW RE-Keyer for listening to Morse Code Audio on the iCW server
for Mumble's CW AUDIO output

another video demo showing the VISUAL and AUDITORY drastic changes from the typical CW KEYER's raspy square wave output with key clicks and harmonics...
being converted to a pure sine wave with raised cosine edges  https://youtu.be/2CuRUiQZLAI
