Any of you ever send out press releases for your podcasts? Are your
blogs incorporated as independent entities or as wholly owned
subsidiaries of your companies?

I want to send out press releases about my podcasts to industry
publications. Anyone have any examples?

EBONY CACTUS IS THE NUMBER 1 MINORITY BUSINESS PODCAST

The Ebony Cactus On-The-Air Internet radio show currently enjoys the number one
ranking in Google’s listing under “minority business” podcasts. Continuing a
tradition of excellence in reporting, the guest for the November show is Dr.
Mernoy Harrison, Jr., the provost of the new Arizona State University at the
Downtown Campus. In this conversation, Dr. Harrison details much of the nearly
one billion dollars of development associated with and around the new
facilities.

Dr. Harrison also discusses how the University will benefit the surrounding
communities. “Most universities measure their quality on the basis of how hard
it is to get in.” said Dr. Harrison. “That is on who they exclude. We are
saying that we want to be judged on who we include. Who are able to bring into
the university experience and graduate out as productive members of society.
This is a new paradigm for a university.”

The November podcast with Dr. Harrison is available at
http://www.theebonycactus.com along with the companion article in the November
Edition of The Ebony Cactus magazine. The Podcast may also be accessed directly
by clicking the link below.
