Folks,

The "Business" category on iPodder.org will go unmanaged soon (two days) unless the folks at ipodder.org update the link and point to a new OPML file location.

I sent Adam Curry the email attached below (and a few others like it since August - 2005) asking them to update the link because I no longer want to have to pay $45.00 a year to maintain the file in addition to all of the other tasks involved.

Seeing as I can't get his attention I am asking you all to please send him an email with the subject:

"Please move the Business, Law and Finance OPML feeds for Aldo ASAP"

And then please just include the "Forwarded message" below.

This shouldn't be a big deal on iPodder's end, just a quick link change that's all.

In a sense all of this is good because it's not entirely clear to me how relevant the iPodder.org listings are given iTunes and Yahoo and other services. Anybody know how many iPodderLemon/X clients are out there and being used?

To whom it may concern,

I've been asking Mr. Curry to move the OPML link on ipodder.org for "Business" for several months (see below). I have not received a reply regarding that change. If these links are not changed within 48 hours these links will go down and I will no longer be able to manage these links.

I am alerting the podcasters who might be affected by this issue asking for their support in getting the attention of the person who manages ipodder.org by emailing Adam Curry. I can't think of another way to handle this issue.
