I think the time has come for us to meet up to discuss what stage
everyone is at with their various projects.
How about this Friday at 12? Can Len book the room on level 2 of Axon
and let us know the details?

I'm assuming the reference to the get together is for Oct. 12th. Guess
I missed that one ;-)
I'm asking in part because if the meetings are at noon on Fridays
that's 9:00 pm Thursday for me, and once in a while at least if there
were a possibility of having a conference speaker phone in the room it
would be nice to join you.

Phillip Long has asked if we can hold regular meetings at UQ earlier
in the day. That is when we hold them and we are usually talking about
the UQ-based projects (we now have members who are not from UQ - ANU
and USQ are on the list).
Given that we have the LabView session on Wednesday this week, how
about we agree to meet on Friday November 2 in Axon 211 at 0930 (this
would be 1930 in Boston on Thu Nov 1). We'll set up a Skype link to
Phil so he can listen in if he wants. I'll ask a few of you to give
some feedback on current project status to keep us all in the
picture. I'll post the agenda in advance so that Phil can decide if
he'll skip dinner or not.
