Cut Off iDempiere

Dear All,

I want to Cut off / Carry Forward Transaction Balances from a particular Period for -

1. Closing Balances Ledger

2. Closing Balances Sub Leder

3. Closing Balances Cost Center

4. Closing Balances Purchase Order

5. Closing Balances Sales Order

6.  Closing Balances Outstanding Credit and Debit Notes

7. Fixed Asset After and Before Disposal

Is there any Method in iDempiere allowed to do so?

Thanks for your reply.
What you have send me that tells a repetitive journal can be uploaded in such fashion.
But I donot want this.
I want to Cut off / Carry Forward Transaction Balances from a particular Period for following Transactions as we get the multiple years Data.
So for last 10 yrs I want to archive the data.

Is there any Method in iDempiere allowed to do so?
