Hi Everyone, Last Friday and Saturday on the routes we groomed did not hold up the way we wanted them to. With the amount of use and the warmer temps, especially lower elevation, if you were not one of the first 20 users it did not look as if we groomed at all. We need lower temps to make our grooming last longer. Even so, on Table Mtn. we had 40 to 50 machines from each end and on the Keechelus Route 80% of the users go from the Kachess Snowpark with 60 to 80 vehicles parked there. With that kind of volume no grooming will hold up. This next week we will groom from Kachess snowpark on Friday and Saturday doing the whole route except down to Gold Creek Snowpark. On Table Mtn. we will groom from the Blewett Pass Snowpark across Table Mtn. down to the Reecer side on both days, along with some of the side routes. We will see how the grooming holds up this weekend. Be safe wherever you go. John
