Demo Server updated to r432

Demo Server was updated.
Mainly some thing under the hood (not yet visible and needs to be
tested) are added. There is a connection between the Process,
Activities and Flows to the unterlaying Org-Objects in the Flow and
MyRole Diagram.
But this is not yet visible to the User, as he cannot see it yet in
the Property Inspector.

The other big change is the Layout + some Wording and the new styled
Dashboard.
The Dashboard is not completed yet (and according the suggested
iGoogle-Layout we will have something different)
The problem about the iGoogle Layout is:
It has a Precondition which we will always fail: ALL items have the
same width!

I think we can workaround that and I think the effect we got is also
quite smart, you can test the behaviour if you resize the Diagram
Loading Window or the Hole Browser Window and see how the Items in the
Dashboard the change position. The Drag and Drop of Items in the
Dashboard is not yet completed as I need some time to think how I
calculate the new position when you drag the object around, but I will
find something.

The other most visual change is the *All-Tabbed-Interface*:
As you can see *everytihing* loads into a seperated TAB now. So you
can open all Items also several times and switch wherever you want as
oftern you like. I think this is rather most flexible it can be.

happy weekend, maybe I got a solution for the *calculate new position
in dashboard when dragging an Item* during the Weekend but I don't
think I gonna update the Demo Server before Monday again ... except
there is a Major Issue that I did break with that Update.
