Demo Server updated to r648

hi,

I updated the Demo Server to r648.
From my point of view the Free-User Modus is complete now except the Legal Agreement at registration (ICH-438)

New Features and Fixes:
- Org.-Moderators can now manage their Organization also, meaning they can add auto-assign Domains and change the name of the Organization ( ICH-400)
- Org.-Moderators can now also search and add existing Users to their Organization, by using the search functions in the Manage Users sections ( ICH-437)
- Administrators have an additional Box in the Dashboard with a List of all Pending Organizations ( ICH-395)

Fixes:
- Org.-Moderators cannot delete any User, the Delete Button in the *Manage Users* sections for Org.-Moderators does only remove the User from their Organization ( ICH-445)
- If the Org.-Moderator has the Maximum of Users added to their (Pending) Organization they will get an Error Message and adding is blocked ( ICH-446)
- If an User registeres to the Frontend and he would be *auto-assigned* to an Organization by his Email, the System first checks if the Organization has already reached its Max-Users before adding ( ICH-432). If the Maximum is already reached, the Org.-Moderators of the Organization and the Sys-Administrators of i4Change will receive an Email, that the system did try to auto-assign an User to an Org. but could not do it because of Max-User reached (ICH-447)
- the Tob-bar with the tabs is slightly re-designed ( ICH-443)
- the system does not anymore check and send the System-Status reminder mails at every server-new-start (ICH-442)
- If an Organization has multiple Org.-Moderators, it has been a Bug that the System-Status Reminder Mail did only show one (ICH-441)

the Demo Server has been updated to include those Fixes and new Features.
