I today updated the Demo (and only the Demo Portal) again.
I've fixed the Workflow-Modul so far that you can get started:
Workflow:
1) You can now goto the Administration Panel of the Organization and add Domain-Names to each organization (For example *
ibm.com*). Every user who registers through the Build-In registration-form AND who has the domain-name in his email (For example
te...@ibm.com) will automatically be a member of that organization (besides the i4Change Sandbox)
2) The Username is now non-editable anymore, it will be generated by the firstname + . * lastname. Firstname and Lastname must be both 3 letters minimum length.
3) Each User who registers through the Registration Form will receive an EMail with an Activation Link to activate his account (to verificate that the EMail is the person who registers)
4) If you login with a newly created user, or try to login to an Organization where you have NO role yet, the system will give you a prompt to choose either:
a) An existing Role from the Organization
b) Create a new Role, which is Pending
The assignee of that Pending Role is wether: A Moderator of that Organization OR ANY Administrator, the Administrator does NOT need to e member of that Organization anymore to assign a Pending Role or Issue to him. The reason is: If you are only allowed to assign a Pending Role to a Mod or Admin of the SAME group, then sometimes there is NO Mod or Admin inside that Organization. In this case you can now simply assign it to ANY Administrator
5) Administrators can now choose any Organization after login, they do not need to be member of the Organization to login with it. This was an Open Issue, also it makes no sense if you assign Pending Objects to an Admin, if the Admin cannot login into that Organization to confirm the Pending Object.
some other new Features: Improved Administration Dialogs/ErrorMessages
