Demo Server update to v 1.3.14

hi,

the Demo Server was updated to v 1.3.14

Fixes:
http://i4issue.com/browse/ICH-888 After change of diagram the Save
asterisk flag is not turned on
http://i4issue.com/browse/ICH-889 After using new shape Tool the tool
is not turned off

The Export to PPT does not give a blank page anymore but the Exporter
in general is not finished yet. Results may vary. You should try the
default (empty template) when you do a quick preview of the upcoming
results.
