Nes on a chip, or atari on a chip?

I was wondering if anyone has a nes or atari on a chip? or knows where
I can get them. I've really been looking around for the super mario
brother titles on one of these but the best I could come up with is
these emulator portables.

I also have a broken nes here with me if someone knows how to rebuild
it some how. I can't seem to get it to power up, nothing seems broken
(caps and traces) but it had been left in the weather a long time. (I
found it in a half burnt house, years later after it had been rained
on and what ever else had happened to it)

I remember seeing one of these at the mall, but I can't find one
anywhere. :/
