More Than Half Way To Laser Funding Goal In The First Day

Yesterday, in the first day of our laser cutter pledge drive, we hit
$3,600 out of our $6,000 goal! I knew we'd raise the money, but I'm
still amazed by the outpouring of enthusiasm. At this point, the
pledge total stands at $3,780. The rest might be slower, but it will
be much easier and more certain.

Today, Sector 67 in Madison Wisconsin reached out, to see about
pooling their laser cutter purchase with ours, to buy both our laser
cutters at the same time. It would result in a price break, and better
still, if we both have the same make and model, we can share what we
learn. That conversation is continuing and we'll see what happens.
