Proposed Book-Binding Swap Meet & Work Day

Hi folks!

I've been hanging with Renegade Bookbinding Guild lately and we Michigan folks have been talking about a meetup / swap meet. 

Because the Open Source ethic is very complementary with the fandom gift economy ideals, and I've heard interest in book binding, I would like to claim some space in i3 and invite all members to come on by.

I would be interested in this. I can bring along some of the medieval books I bind to show people. Should I also bring bookbinding supplies or?

I have been interested in bookbinding for some time, and would like to know more about fanbinding.  Would this event be available to all or only i3detroit members.

I am not an i3detroit member, but  would like to attend and would appreciate more information.
