Cosplay 101
Learn the basics of coming up with a great costume or cosplay on a tight budget. Here's some secrets of procurement, savvy shopping techniques, and more. Q&A Session to follow, experienced cosplayer contributions to the subject are welcome.

Sewing 101: Using a Sewing Machine
Learn how to use a sewing machine! Bring your own or borrow one of ours. Skills taught include how to thread and clean the machine, read a manual, and use a variety of stitches applicable for any project.
Not content to leave it at that, I will teach you how to push your skills further on your own! You will be producing a souvenir sewing “sampler” which you will take home with you.
