I don't think that violates the rules, as long as a member agrees to do it for you.  For the laser, it would not likely be GCode, unless you can produce the native code for the LC1290 (Wolverine) with LaserCut and Leetro 6515 controller or whatever Cyclops uses.  However, you could provide the AI, HPGL, or DXF file for import into LaserCut (or maybe LightBurn for Cyclops).
