The *** next to names are things that need quiet time and so no other things should be scheduled to be going on. The things that happen like that are Q&As, presentations, and the like. Thought I explained that earlier, sorry for confusion.

I can pretty much guarantee I won't be functioning at 10am on Sunday. The 2pm slot is fine. Can you cancel the 10am slots, but move those workshops to the 2pm slot? There aren't that many people interested in sergers anyway.

If there's any need for last minute gap-filler or random lightning talk
content (though it looks like we've got a pretty full schedule), I can
do a quick (20 minute) demo of the RTL-SDR (cheap TV dongle) and
Softrock SDR stuff I've been tinkering with lately.

I wasn't sure I'd be in a position to do so, which is why I haven't
spoken up until now, I didn't have most of the hardware in place until
this last week.

I'm planning on soldering on at least one of the projects in the con
makerspace for most of the weekend, so it's not like it'd be a stretch
to do.

Not that I'm trying to spam with an immediate followup, but if the space
is closed after 8:00PM (nevermind how silly that is), why does this
schedule and the Penguicon site schedule at
http://www.penguicon.org/CMS/?page_id=417 have stuff listed at 8 and 9
PM still?

Might want to check that.

I just looked at the Makerspace schedule again on the Pcon website, and looks all messed up. I have a feeling we're just going to have to post a board outside the room wit our schedule. Anyone want to volunteer to bring a dry erase board for the task? I know i3 has a ton, but I drive a tiny Honda and it won't fit.

Yep, there was a slight misunderstanding with the intent behind
makerspace scheduling. The plan is to have a flier with our accurate
schedule on it at registration, and a large sign outside the room
listing the final schedule. Don't worry about what the website says,
the GDoc is correct.

Bender: It would be awesome to see that demo during some free time in the space.

As for the space being closed, it can basically stay open as long as
there are people willing to stay there and supervise soldering
irons/etc. You guys are already volunteering to move your equipment
for the weekend and paying for admission. I don't feel right asking
you to keep a warm body in the room for 24 hours-a-day.

We have  a decent sized whiteboard (maybe 2' x 3'), just sitting in the basement. I can drag it with us when we head to Dearborn Thursday evening.
