Little Weaver is a worker-owned collective. All of our members have equal pay and equal say in the decision-making process. We’re looking for a new member who is interested in a cooperatively-minded, fully-remote workplace with a relaxed company environment.

As a member of the collective, you would have the ability to set your own work hours, between 10 and 40 hours a week. We provide 26 days of paid time off per year, with no mandatory holidays.
