Looking to hire, production facility management

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all doing well.

I am posting here because I am looking to hire a full-time, on-site, production facility manager.

This is a unique opportunity for someone mechanically inclined and it has potential for a lot of growth. We are running a growing collection of printing lines that need to be maintained for maximum performance and uptime. There are a number of additional mechanical systems that are involved relating to the printing business as well. 

Additionally, there are also some unrelated systems that need to be managed and maintained for an exciting new project we are working on if you are interested in taking on more.

While we are very interested in finding someone who can take on some mechanical repair labor we have additional maintenance staff and are looking to form a team around a leader with problem solving skills.

We prefer to be light on details in public posts, if this sounds interesting I would be happy to discuss further in private.

Our facility is in Plymouth MI, near 5 mile and Sheldon.
