JOB DESCRIPTION - For Project Lead Role
Apart from the technical competency in the mentioned technology in the
Developer role:
1.To interact with client directly at client site, collect system
requirement and will pass it on to the offshore team. The person
should have a decent communication and client handling skill.
2.Decent level of experience with j2ee application design is required.
Person should have an understanding with elemental UML elements like
use case, class diagram, sequence diagram etc. Should have capability
to understand system design document analyze it and propose changes
required for its enhancement.
3.He needs to have the capability to act as an onsite coordinator.
