Senior Developer:

The Senior Developer will be primarily responsible for providing analysis
and engineering of the functional aspects of the software or hardware
architecture and systems. Responsible for mentoring junior developers, has
hands-on experience and should be capable to do coding as required by the
project deadlines. Responsible for providing state of the art solutions to
our clients to improve the business process efficiency and reduce manual
efforts.

Required Skills:

•       Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•       Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment.
•       Experience working for government as a contractor or similar environment.
•       Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise
scale systems.
•       Strong experience with designing and developing user interfaces.
•       Strong analytical and technical skills.
•       Strong planning and organizational skills.
•       Strong programming skills in Java, Web based service architecture, Web
components, and J2EE technologies
•       Knowledge of EA repository tools.
•       Knowledge of modeling software.
•       Drive to introduce new technologies and concepts into the solutions.
•       Exposure to multiple, diverse technical environments.
•       Experience with all phases of applications system analysis and
programming activities.
•       Experience with testing tools and technologies.
•       Experience with Oracle Financials

Technical Skills:
•       Java/C++, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, CSS
•       XML, SOAP, BPEL and Web Services
•       J2EE Application Servers (preferably Oracle Application Server)
•       Oracle Databases
•       UML/Data Modeling tools
•       GUI Design
•       Linux/Unix and Windows Server OS
