Axis2 1.7.1 with Windows and SQL Server?

Has anyone been successful using Axis2 1.7.1 in a Windows/SQL Server installation of i2b2?

I've been following the instructions from this site http://community.i2b2.org/wiki/display/getstarted/i2b2+Installation+Guide which recommends Axis2 1.7.1.

I've checked and tested each step to the Admin Module Install.

I'm seeing a common error ADMIN role required and have read that the version of Axis may be part of the problem.

Should I consider using an older version of Axis?
