workbench error

Hi - I'm wondering if anyone's encountered the error:

"Trouble with connection to the remote server, this is often a network
error, please try again"

We are working on RC3 - we can load the ontology just fine, but
continue getting this error when either trying to import data (with
the CRC loader) or query the CRC. Any suggestions?

Check your patient_dimension record. Are all the columns populated? If not, populate with bogus values (not nulls) and see if that helps.
