i2b2 Genome Data - Help Needed

Hi All,

we are doing some POC on how to load VCF file into i2b2 database. I did setup for all the components needed for this. I was able to load the vcf file into i2b2. But I have a question for this. To generate the i2b2 files, we need a mapping document. I wondering how can we automatically generate the mapping file .
