Hello, All,

After install PM and admin web client, tried to login to the web
client by using following information:

1. user name: i2b2demo
2. password: demouser
3. host: localhost

I got the following exception: "your account does not have access to
any i2b2 projects".

The admin web client is installed in XAMPP PHP server, and here is
i2b2 configuration data:
lstDomains: [
{
name: "localhost",
domain: "i2b2demo",
debug: true,
adminOnly: true,
urlCellPM: "http://localhost:9090/i2b2/rest/PMService/"
}
]

Any idea?

Thanks,

Hi Colin,

You need to enable curl. To do this, edit the 'xampp/php/php.ini' file and uncomment 'extension=php_curl.dll'. Then restart apache.

In addition, user name should probably be 'demo', not 'i2b2demo'. Then try the first solution.

Hi, Yves,
I have a similar problem as Colin's. However, in my case, I
followed the instruction in the i2b2 PM_Installation_Guide_1-6.pdf,
section 2.1.5, and copied the "admin" directory from the <i2b2
source_directory> to /var/www/html on my centOS 5.4 VM. I can browse
to http://localhost/admin/default.htm, but when I tried to login using
the credential i2b2/demouser (per section 4.1 of same doc), then the
same complaint that Colin saw was displayed. Any suggestions would be
welcome. Thanx.

Have you tried:
demouser
or
i2b2

as the username?

Sorry...

demo or i2b2

as username.

Yes, I've tried both i2b2 & demo, even i2b2demo, all with pw=demouser,
as stated by the doc. I also found the encrypted PW for both "i2b2" &
"demo" from the “/opt/data/edu.harvard.i2b2.data/Release_1-6/
NewInstall/Pmdata/scripts/pm_access_insert_data.sql” as
“9117d59a69dc49807671a51f10ab7f” -- any one knows what the decrypted
value might be?

The default user is demo and the password is demouser. The 9117... is a MD5
hash of the password. I would take a look at the log file on jboss
/opt/jboss/server/default/log/server.log and verify that the client is making a
proper connection.

After enabling curl, JBoss got request from webclient. But we got
another error. It seems that project and user are not defined. Here
are the trace. How to define project and user?

After taking Yves' suggestion, my problem has been solved.

Just for sharing, I keep JBoss log level to debug which gives me
everhting info I need. the underneath problem is related to PM
installation.

Both the i2b2 server and the webclient run on the same VM.

I've ant cleaned & rebuilt PM & restarted the JBOSS, but still to no
avail. Would you like me to send you my server log or other logs to
see if you can spot anything I missed?
