Flathub mirror for users based in China

Hi!

Bartłomiej Piotrowski just published an article explaining how to use
Flathub from China (since Flathub uses Fastly.com as CDN and that's
unavailable in China).

I think this could help plenty of users, and therefore could be
translated. If anybody wants to contribute translations to this
article, let us know so we can help with hosting it. Although hosting
the text in wiki.gnome.org/ should be fine too.

I'm willing to do this as a native Chinese speaker. I can start doing this on 10 UTC+8 today and finish by 11 UTC+8, given it's not really long. However, I haven't translated a lot of technical posts, so I'm okay if anyone thinks this requires a more experienced and capable translator. I'm happy to take this if currently no other volunteers are interested.
