I created a 10 * 10 * 5m parallelepiped. I checked the meshes with the result

It does not seem right to me because the meshes do not follow the model surfaces. Meshes enter the model.

This is a constrained Delaunay tetrahedralization. The sound propagation is done through all the tetrahedrons. Your model is ok, you can run sound propagation.
