Hi need some help , the thing is i just dont know how to resize surface reciever plane to desired position with those vertex A,B,C.Is there any precise to do that ?

You just need to define 3 of your 4 points of your plane receiver and it will create a rectangular surface.
If a part of the plane receiver is out of the 3D scene it is not a problem.
