STL import - Meshing Error

I created a simple 3 block(or rooms) design(file attached) and I imported the STL file into iSimpa. When I try to mesh it, I get the following error,

"A self-intersection was detected. Program stopped".

I checked for any intersection and I found none. I created it in SpaceClaim. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello.

Thanks for your interest in I-Simpa

I've used FreeCad in order to fix the 3d model. The meshing is working now.
