Import problem

Hello, I am trying to import a model of a room from sketchup to I-Simpa. When I choose the file to import, the room is not created properly. I have included screenshots to show the problem.

I am new to this software, and help solving this would be appreciated.

Hi,

You have export issue with SketchUP.

Maybe you could try MeshLab before importing in I-Simpa.

https://app.formit.autodesk.com is also a good app to make 3D model for I-Simpa (stl file export)

I would like to know if it is commom to have problems with the importation of sketch up file models, because i use this software

For simple 3D models, it works. For more complicated models it may be difficult, mainly using the SPPS code because the 3D model must be perfect! (no hole, no intersecting faces...)
