3ds export problem

Hello,

I'm trying to export, from sketchup make 2017 (free version) a 3ds file to i-simpa (english language).

I have tried two solutions with the reverberant room model :

1. Export Sketchup to dae / FBX Converter  (dae to fbx, fbx to 3ds)

2. Export Sketchup to dae / Blender export to 3ds

With the solution 1, I have only a black surface in I SIMPA (see attached file)

And with the solution 2, I have the room but with ' white transparent walls'  (see attached file) -> when I try to mesh, 'tetgen.exe a cessé de fonctionner' and impossible to mesh and run the calculation

So, i think I have a problem with the differents conversions.
