CALCULATION CANT BE DONE ERROR

Hi please help me out, iam just a learner to i simpa so followed my process along with the tutorial.the thing what am having is whenever i try to get calculation for my model that i did in sketchup,its showing tetrahedalisation file is empty and calculation cant be done. this problem is what i see when i try to get results for my model.I have attached the screenshot of the error.PLEASE HELP ME OUT......

You have self-intersecting faces in your model. Try to simplify your model. The website https://app.formit.autodesk.com may help you to create simple model.
