Pictures come in various sizes depending on the camera or phone which
takes them. For most purposes pictures can be resized so that they
don't take up as much room on the Hub. Resizing the pictures will also
mean they upload and download quicker because you don't need to
transfer so much data. A 5 megapixel camera will typically create
pictures of about 1.5 - 2.5mb, however these can be reduced to only
about 30 - 50K if you use a software program to change the size. In
time we want to give the option to reduce image sizes before uploading.
For now however you may want to consider batch processing all the
pictures you want to use in i-sho so that they are smaller. When you do
it create a seperate folder and then just link a channel to the new
folder. Some shareware (free) software for changing image sizes can be
found here

I used Picture Resize Genius, you only have a 5 day trial but its
fairly easy to use and five days is enough time to resize a lot of
files if you are doing it all at once.
