Young Adults,
Blessings! Our goal is to provide opportunities for a service, spiritual, and social event every month. We are so grateful to all the Young Adults who have been attending our events and providing us feedback so that we can accomplish this goal. With this combined effort, we are able to provide a ministry that answers the needs of the very people the ministry serves. Please continue to offer feedback and suggestions whether it is finding us at an event, saying hello at mass, or sending us an email.
We were able to include many suggestions in the schedule. We have also started plans to include many other events and suggestions to potentially take place this summer. See below for the upcoming Co-Cathedral Young Adults schedule:
Exposition and Lenten Fish Fry
Date: Friday, March 2nd
Time: 6:30 -8:00 pm
Place: Co-Cathedral
Please join us for First Friday Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. We will attend the English session, and then proceed to the Cathedral Centre for the Knight of Columbus Fish Dinner.
Rodeo Night
Date: Sunday, March 4th
Time: 5:30 - until
Place: NRG Park
Please join us for a night at the rodeo. We will meet on Rodeo Plaza outside NRG Center at 5:30 pm. If you plan on attending, please send us an email with your phone number so we can reach you if we change locations. Also, feel free to contact Jana or Carmen text message.

Movie Night - A Wrinkle in Time

Caritas Day
Date: Saturday, March 10, 2017
Time: 9 am - Noon
Place: Cathedral Centre
We have reserved 8 slots for young Adults to work together on two projects: Joy in a Jar and Library Pals. Please stop by our booth at the ministry fair during lunch.
**** Clarification***** If you intend on volunteering for either project under the Young Adult reservation, please email us so we can keep a list. You do not need to register yourself. If you have registered and would like one of our reserved spots, please let us know.
Archdiocese Young Adult Service Event
Date: Saturday, March 17, 2018
Come be the “hands and feet of Christ” with hundreds of young adults ages 18-39 at the Archdiocesan Young Adult Day of service, prayer and fellowship on Saturday, March 17, 2018. Teams will help serve those in need like Harvey victims, the sick, the poor, the hungry, homeless, prisoners and immigrants. The Day begins with 8:30 a.m. Mass celebrated by Bishop Sheltz, followed by breakfast then head out to serve in teams all over the city. Online registration required www.archgh.org/yacm or call 713-741-8778. Participants can choose from a list of available service projects. $10 includes t-shirt/breakfast.
Before registering, please let us know if you are interested, we would like to put together a team to attend this event.
Mass & Lunch
Date: Sunday, March 18, 2018
Where: El Tiempo - Navigation
Join us for 11 am mass. We will be seated on the right side of the church, close to the front. Immediately after mass, we will carpool and meet at El Tiempo. If you cannot find us for mass, we will wait in the narthex (front lobby) for a few minutes after mass has ended. If you plan on attending lunch, please email us so that we can get an accurate number to make a reservation.
