Did you know that 1 in 4 women experience domestic violence in their lifetime?  

Did you know that every 38 seconds, a man is abused by his partner?  

Did you know that domestic violence is not only physical abuse, but also emotional, psychological and verbal abuse as well?  

Most people are not aware of the damage that domestic violence is causing our communities, help change that perspective this 4th of July weekend by volunteering 2-4 hours of your time to help i-appreciate.org spread the word about domestic violence!

Come join i-appreciate.org at the ISNA Convention that is being held this July 4th weekend in Chicago at the Rosemont Convention Center.  We are looking for about 20-30 volunteers to walk around on Saturday and Sunday for 1-2 hours in large groups wearing the i-appreciate.org shirts and engaging in conversation with the expected 30,000+ participants at the convention.

If you and any of your family or friends are interested in spending an hour or two on Saturday and Sunday to walk around with fellow volunteers and spread the word about domestic violence then please respond to this message with your e-mail address so that we can send you more information on how to get involved.
