SKYPE

Phil and I were talking about how we could link up people who want to
attend meetings through conference calls and I found that SKYPE can do
conference calls for free. Whoever wants to "attend" the meeting but
chooses not to travel can download SKYPE and one person at the meeting
who has SKYPE can link everybody up via conference call. Does this
seem reasonable?

I think you just need a laptop with a minimum processing speed. I
haven't downloaded it yet, but when I do I'll let you know.
