Fundamentals of I Am War

As we discussed on Saturday, I've drafted a mission statement for I Am
War:

This is a draft, of course. Please read it, think about it, and share
your thoughts.

Next, I am going to create a document that outlines the "next steps"
we discussed (starting small, creating a pilot project, establishing
our core values before growing, etc).
