Newest Version on maven central?

Hi,

we would like to upgrade to the newest version (1.5.13). Unfortunately, it does not exist in maven central, s. https://github.com/Netflix/Hystrix/issues/1852
Does anyone know who to contact about that? The GitHub issue is quite old and there is no response.

why not check out the release and build yourself? it isn't a big deal.
