When you download an app, it should work as promised. Which is why human App Reviewers ensure that the apps on the App Store adhere to our strict app review standards. Our App Store Review Guidelines require apps to be safe, provide a good user experience, comply with our privacy rules, secure devices from malware and threats, and use approved business models.

In a nutshell, I installed Big Sur yesterday and now I have an issue where many of the apps I have installed won't show up in the search results, even after clearing the application cache and rebuilding the macOS metadata. Things I observed:

Once your index is healthy and complete, with no red errors when running the troubleshooting tool, you'll be one step closer to macOS providing Alfred with the necessary file metadata to be able to return results when searching. A broken index means that any other apps relying on the same index behind the scenes would eventually also exhibit the missing files issue.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I recently reinstalled Monterey, and there were few apps missing from Alfred. So I cleared application cache and rebuild metadata. Some app showed up, but some apps are still missing. Everything shows up in Spotlight.

For more search options, including the ability to search forcertified specialistsor other practice characteristics, try Advanced Search. You can also search for Provisionally Licensed Lawyers.

Search Tips:
You can search all the criteria or only one of the criteria. Example: You can search for 'Smith' 'Joe' 'Nowhere' 'MT' '55155' or just 'Smith' or just 'Sm'. Then hit 'Search' button. Do not enter words like 'AND' or 'OR' unless you want to search those letters. The Accredited Attorney, Claim Agent and VSO Representative Search is separate from the Recognized VSOs search, but the same rules apply. When searching for Recognized VSO, you can leave all the fields blank and hit Search to get a listing of all VSOs currently recognized by VA for purposes of claims assistance.

Could you please help me to create a search which can list all apps enabled in Splunk (on splunk search head) and their respective version number? We have multiple Search heads and there is significant difference in app versions on each Search head. I used ./splunk display app command, but its listing only apps and not showing the app version. From the GUI I can see them in manage apps, but the number of apps is huge. Is there any search available to list enabled apps along with their version ?

But is there a way to make the resultant fields to work like hyperlinks to their respective apps. I have multiple apps. I now want to use this resultant report like a list and when an app name is clicked, that should redirect to the app's home page.

Note: You can search for only 1 type of provider or facility at a time. For example, you can't search for both nursing homes and assisted living facilities or home health and adult day programs at the same time.

HHSC surveys each facility every 2 years, on average, to ensure compliance with state regulations meant to protect participant health and safety. The search tool reports on survey results, which includes things such as medication errors, failure to conduct employee background checks, management of the facility, and other items that could affect participant health.

In the App Store, if an app has a Get button instead of a price, the app is free. You won't be charged for downloading a free app. Some free apps offer in-app purchases and subscriptions that you can buy. Subscriptions and in-app purchases give you access to more features, content, and more.

You can browse the Shopify App Store in the supported languages that are available. To choose a language, use the language menu in the bottom-right corner of the page. After you choose a language, the navigation elements and categories in the Shopify App Store are all updated. Most app listings are available only in English, you need to search using terms in English to get the most complete set of results.

Shopify provides personalized recommendations for apps that can help you run or grow your business. These recommendations are based on stores that are similar to yours in terms of your gross market value (GMV), your monthly recurring revenue (MRR), your industry, your location, the age of your store, and other attributes. Some recommendations can also be informed by how you're already using Shopify.

App recommendations are not advertisements. They're suggestions based on stores that are similar to yours, and are intended to match you with the apps that provide you with the most value. App developers can't pay Shopify to have an app appear in recommendations.

Shopify is always looking for ways to help you find apps that you can use to grow your business. One way that we do this is by letting app publishers advertise their apps on search results pages in the Shopify App Store.

Ads in the Shopify App Store appear on search result pages. Advertisers can target their ads based on search keywords. If you searched for a keyword that advertisers are targeting, then ads for those apps appear on the search results page.

The New York State Office of Court Administration (OCA) provides a New York Statewide criminal history record search (CHRS) for a fee of $95.00. You can submit a CHRS request via our on-line Direct Access program or by mailing in a CHRS application form. The search criteria is strictly based on an exact match of Name and DOB (variations of Name or DOB are not reported). Background checks for companies are also part of the CHRS program. The search results are public records relating to open/pending and convictions in criminal cases originating from County/Supreme, City, Town and Village courts of all 62 counties. Sealed records are not disclosed. Town & Village criminal disposition data is limited (see CHRS FAQs).

In addition to the above and prior to submitting a CHRS application or conducting a search online, please take the time to read the CHRS FAQs section. The FAQs section provides additional information regarding the process, the search mechanism, how names are submitted, and other factors which we hope brings a better understanding of how this search process works.

The fee is $95.00 for a Statewide search. Please make checks or money orders payable to the N.Y.S. Office of Court Administration. Cash will not be accepted. A $20.00 returned check charge will be imposed on items returned by the bank.

2) App Store search and discovery in general has been abysmal for many years. Lots of people are in that situation - can't even search for their own app by name. There have been some minor improvements recently but it's still generally terrible. You can't rely on app store search - you have to do your own marketing outside the store. With the recent corporate reorg (different VP now in charge of the App Store) hopefully things will improve...

While I agree there's plenty of room for improvement, the 30% is not for "nothing". They provide the infrastructure to distribute apps (with on-demand resources, hosting of IAP content, etc.) dealing with all the security and customer support related to purchases. You can go on vacation and not worry about whether your server / eCommerce stuff is down or has been hacked. More importantly, with their strict app review policies and careful hardware marketing they've created a community of users who are not afraid to install new apps, and spend more money on apps than on other platforms. (At least that was still true last time I checked.)

One of my apps has been in the App Store since 2008. I just typed its name in the search results today and dozens of the imitation apps which are probably more popular/successful show up before mine. As other have said, yeah, it is lousy. Not much anyone here can do about it. As for the percentage fee, Apple created the hardware, API, and distribution, and obviously controls access. If you want to make your app free, you get distribution for free as well. If you do not, then Apple takes their cut as your partner. If you don't like the terms, don't partner up.
