hyracks-cli?

I'm looking through https://code.google.com/p/hyracks/wiki/FirstHyracksExample  it instructs one to use hyracks-cli to "Deploy a Hyracks application." 
Maybe I'm missing something simple, but I don't see hyracks-cli in the code base. 

Has it been deprecated?   What is the alternative?

hyracks-cli doe snot exist any longer. There are a couple of
alternatives. But, it would help for us to understand what you are
trying to do so we can suggest the best course of action.

If you want to just run the word count example, you will need to start
the HyracksCC and HyracksNC in the hyracks-examples/text-example folder.
After that you can use the WordCountMain in text-client to directly run
the word count example. The steps that use the CLI are not needed.

Thanks that helps.  I'm just trying to get an example to run.  I hunted around the code yesterday trying to find an alternative to hyracks-cli, but came up empty.
