Anything happening with HyPy? Is it still the preferred way to process
searching with HyperEstraier? In my tests, it looks great!

I would say that no, nothing is going on. And it is still *my*
preferred way to process searching with HyperEstraier. (In fact, it
is, in my opinion, the easiest and best-performing way to do full text
search on the Python market.)

There are currently no open feature or bug requests; just one
documentation bug, and one "fix committed" release automation bug. If
I needed to another release, I could do it at a moment's notice!

Anyone have any ideas about how to get the word out about Hypy?

Wow, a super-responsive author! I was only worried that it was abandoned, since there seemed to be little activity.

I really like the package, too!  What more could you ask for?! Thanks for setting my mind at ease!

More details/help page on Cheeseshop is the only thing I can think of. I noticed that I got some compile and version warnings when I built it for Python 2.7, by the way. Great stuff!

Would you mind opening a bug with what you found?  Fixing warnings is worth doing.
